celebrating with fondue

Since my birthday was Wednesday, Paul and I decided to celebrate by staying in and relaxing. We pulled out the fondue pot we got during wedding activities and finally used it! We cooked beef tips in olive oil, vegetable oil, and some spices. It took a long time but it was worth it... DELICIOUS! We were also going to do a chocolate course but it got pretty late and we still had to clean between the courses so we decided to postpone a bit.
